Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 23, 2026

Last updated: August 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Caliber LLC (“Natural Touchpoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Natural Touchpoint website at naturaltouchpoint.com and the Natural Touchpoint application and services (together, the “Service”).

Natural Touchpoint helps you keep up with the people you care about. You choose specific people — clients, colleagues, friends, family, and others — and we assemble a personalized email brief of relevant updates about them, such as job changes, company news, birthdays, press mentions, and posts from social accounts you have connected.

We care about your privacy and about the privacy of the people in your network. This policy describes what we do with data, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, contact us at hello@naturaltouchpoint.com.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to two groups of people:

  • Users — people who create a Natural Touchpoint account and use the Service.
  • Tracked People — the individuals a User chooses to keep up with. Natural Touchpoint stores limited information about these individuals so it can assemble a User’s brief. Section 8 explains what we hold about Tracked People and how they can exercise their rights.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

  • Account information: your name, email address, time zone, password or authentication identifiers, and briefing preferences (such as delivery times and which categories of updates you want).
  • People you add manually: any names, contact details, notes, relationship labels, and priorities you enter about the people you want to follow.
  • Support and communications: information you provide when you contact us.

2.2 Information from connected accounts

You may connect third-party accounts. We only access these with your authorization, and you can disconnect them at any time.

  • Google Contacts / Microsoft / Apple (vCard) / CRM imports: names, email addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, employer and title, and similar contact fields, so you can choose whom to follow.
  • Gmail and other email accounts (optional): if you connect your email, we analyze email metadata — such as senders, recipients, and the frequency and recency of correspondence — to identify the people you actually communicate with and suggest or add them to your network. We use the minimum access necessary for this purpose and do not use the contents of your emails to build your network. See Section 5 for our specific commitments regarding Google user data.
  • Social accounts you connect (Instagram, LinkedIn, X): we help you sign in to these platforms so that Natural Touchpoint can see the public posts and activity of the people you already follow, and include relevant items in your brief. See Section 7 for how sign-in works and how we handle your credentials.

2.3 Information we generate or collect from public and third-party sources

To build your brief, we collect and generate information about your Tracked People from sources such as public web pages, company announcements, news articles, publicly available professional information, and licensed data providers. We normalize these into “events” (for example, “started a new role,” “company raised funding,” “birthday today”).

2.4 Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data: log data, device and browser type, IP address, and interactions with the Service, used to operate, secure, and improve it.
  • Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies to run the Service and, where you consent, limited analytics cookies. You can control non-essential cookies through the consent controls we provide.

3. How we use information

We use information to: create and manage your account; let you import and choose the people you want to follow; identify relevant updates about your Tracked People and assemble your personalized brief; deliver your brief by email once a day at the time you choose in your timezone; summarize, categorize, de-duplicate, and rank updates (including with automated and AI systems that operate on already-collected event data — see Section 4); provide support and send service-related messages; secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations; and improve the features and quality of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Google, email, or connected-account data for advertising.

4. Automated processing and AI

We use automated systems, including AI models provided by our AI subprocessor(s), to turn already-collected event data into concise briefing language and to help categorize, de-duplicate, rank, and assess the relevance of updates. These systems operate on structured event records; they are used to summarize and organize information, not to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you. AI is instructed to summarize source facts and not to invent information.

5. Google user data and Limited Use

If you connect a Google account (Google Contacts and/or Gmail), Natural Touchpoint’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described in this policy — importing your contacts and identifying the people you communicate with so we can assemble your brief.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, and only in a manner consistent with the Limited Use requirements.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not sell it.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless: (a) you give specific consent; (b) it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law; or (c) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

If you connect Gmail, we request the minimum scope necessary and use email metadata to identify correspondents. You can revoke Natural Touchpoint’s access at any time in your Google Account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or from within the Service.

(Where the Service uses Microsoft Graph or other providers, equivalent limited-use commitments apply to that provider’s data.)

6. How we share information

We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers (subprocessors) who process data on our behalf under contract, including: Lovable / Supabase (application hosting, database, authentication, and encrypted session storage); Browserbase (the secure cloud browser used during social sign-in and collection); Resend (delivery of your email briefs); AI provider(s) (summarization and categorization of event data); news, web-content, and enrichment providers (gathering updates about Tracked People).
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Natural Touchpoint.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at hello@naturaltouchpoint.com.

7. Social accounts and your credentials

When you connect Instagram, LinkedIn, or X, sign-in happens on the platform’s own login page, presented inside a secure sign-in view. Natural Touchpoint’s servers do not receive or store your social passwords. Your sign-in is processed by our secure cloud-browser provider (Browserbase) solely to establish and maintain a session on your behalf; we store the resulting session, in encrypted form, so we can see the content you have already chosen to follow — we do not store the password itself.

We use this access only to read the public posts and activity of the accounts you already follow, in order to include relevant items in your brief. We do not post, message, follow, like, or make any changes on your behalf. You can disconnect a social account at any time, which ends our access and deletes the stored session.

Please note that accessing social platforms is also governed by those platforms’ own terms; you are responsible for ensuring your use of Natural Touchpoint with a connected account is consistent with the applicable platform terms.

8. Information about Tracked People

To provide the Service, we store limited information about the people a User chooses to follow, drawn from that User’s own contacts and from public and licensed sources (for example, name, employer, title, public profile links, and public events such as a job change or press mention).

  • We use this information solely to assemble the relevant User’s brief.
  • We keep Users’ private contact lists private, and we never reveal to any person who else may be following them.
  • If you are a Tracked Person and wish to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or object to its processing, contact us at hello@naturaltouchpoint.com and we will respond consistent with applicable law.

9. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or legitimate-business reasons. When you disconnect an integration, we delete the associated tokens/sessions and stop collecting from that source. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, subject to backups and legal requirements.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption of stored session credentials, access controls, and least-privilege backend access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can: update your account information and briefing preferences in the Service; disconnect any integration at any time; unsubscribe from briefs using the link in every email; request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@naturaltouchpoint.com.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are in the EEA/UK, our processing relies on your consent (which you may withdraw) and on our legitimate interests in providing the Service; you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” (note: we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined).

12. International data transfers

We operate in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

13. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is intended only for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or an in-Service notice) and update the “Last updated” date above.
