- No. Who you keep up with is private to you. Natural Touchpoint never notifies them, and never posts, likes, follows, or messages anyone as you.
- Do I have to keep Natural Touchpoint open?
- No. After one-time setup, one recurring ChatGPT task checks your connected social feeds and Natural Touchpoint emails the brief. Your laptop does not need to stay open.
- What do I need to connect?
- LinkedIn, Instagram and X are supported. Connect at least one in ChatGPT’s cloud browser; you can skip accounts you do not use. Your email address is for delivery, not mailbox scanning.
- Where do the updates come from?
- The posts visible in your connected LinkedIn, Instagram and X feeds. LinkedIn includes network updates and relevant comments; Instagram and X use Following views. No separate news research or mailbox scan is included in this launch.
- What ChatGPT account do I need?
- You need ChatGPT with cloud-browser access and recurring tasks. ChatGPT is the only supported agent at launch. Access depends on your ChatGPT plan and the social sites allowing the browser to sign in.
- How often does it arrive?
- One brief per day, at the time you choose in your timezone. If a site needs you to sign in again or a scan fails, coverage may be incomplete; we do not treat an unread feed as a quiet day.
